Claire
salon owner
Claire has over 27 years’ experience in the industry and is a L'Oreal Colour Degree Specialist. Having joined Saks in 2002, she quickly went on to open Saks Hair & Beauty Kings Hill in 2007. Claire has been awarded Employer of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards twice, and Franchisee of The Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards three times, followed by being entered into their Hall of Fame. Claire has also been both regional finalist and grand finalist at the prestigious L'Oreal Colour Trophy.
Nikala
salon manager
Nik started her Saks journey as Claire’s apprentice back in 2007. With a passion for all things colour, fascinated by the science, she embarked on the L’Oreal Colour Diploma - passing the accolade with a distinction. Next up came her A1 qualification in training apprentices, which is now a passion and a key part of her role as our in-salon assessor. She’s also undertaken many management courses which led her becoming salon manager. You will now find Nik at the heart of the salon, running front of house and ensuring everything is running smoothly. If she’s not at work, you’ll find her running around a netball pitch, or walking her dog.
Natasha
salon director and colour specialist
Natasha has been hairdressing for an incredible 37 years. During this time, she’s undergone a huge amount of training in many different aspects of hairdressing and gained amazing experience. She has recently topped this by gaining the prestigious colour specialist qualification from L’Oréal, passing this accolade with a merit. Natasha loves that the course has given her all the knowledge and skills to execute perfect colours. She joined our family in 2017, and soon built a fantastic reputation. Well known for her short, choppy razor cuts, incredible blow-drying skills and creative colours. Work aside, Natasha is also a qualified dog trainer and enjoys walking her dogs daily. She’s also no stranger to the gym.
Tasha
Principal Stylist
Tash is one of our longest standing team members having joined us an as an apprentice over 12 years ago, and has progressed ever since, and is now a hugely talented Principal Stylist. She’s a real perfectionist and every cut and colour is precisely executed. Her area of expertise? Hair extensions! So naturally she’s trained in Great Lengths, Racoon applications, and Beauty Works. Whilst away from the salon, Tasha is kept busy in her home life with two beautiful daughters.
Michelle
Principal Stylist
Michelle joined us as a senior stylist with an impressive 26 years’ experience. Her favourite service is a cut and blow dry, but she also loves a classic colour. Her favourite thing about being a stylist is getting to meet new people and making everyone feel good. In her spare time, you’ll find Michelle at the gym, walking the dog, travelling the country or watching the children play football. This wonderful lady really has a heart of gold - once a week she works in a care home with residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, tending to their hair to make them smile. Legend!
Anna
Principal Stylist
Anna started with Saks in 2018 at just 16 years old and soon became a treasured team member with her excellent customer care skills and high standards of working. Anna excels in all aspects of hairdressing and is a firm favourite in the salon, specialising in balayage and colour changes.. Without doubt she’s your go-to stylist for all things hair.
Evie
Stylist
Our lovely Evie has completed her advanced hairdressing training, She loves bringing her creative talent into all things hair! Her kind nature and passion for learning shines through in all that she does- making her the perfect fit for our Saks Family. In her spare time Evie loves visiting York and looking after her house rabbits.
Jodie
Stylist
Jodie is our super bubbly and friendly stylist. She has worked at Saks for over 3 years, dedicated to learning from the best. She passed her level 2 hairdressing qualification with a distinction, and sailed through her level 3 advanced hairdressing! Jodie is a social butterfly - she loves going to concerts and festivals with her friends.
Caileigh
Hair Apprentice
Caileigh joined us at 16-years old to follow her dreams and embark on her hairdressing career! Hair is a real passion for Caileigh, with her progressing quickly though her level 2 training. In her spare time Caileigh practises her skills at home on her family and friends. Already showing a natural flair, we are very lucky to have welcomed Caileigh to the team at Saks Kings Hill - a very bright future lies ahead!
Jess
Hair Apprentice
Jess started her career at college learning all things business. Soon realising she was seeking a customer facing role, Jess joined us, to follow her passion for all things hair embarking on an apprenticeship. Jess loves to travel and enjoys lots of trips away with her family.
Emma
Beauty Director
Emma is our talented Beauty Director and has been at the salon since 2014 with a whopping 20+ years’ experience in the beauty industry. Emma truly loves all services but especially creating beautiful lashes, as well as indulgent massages and the best facials. Customer care is always at the front of her mind, as she always makes sure her customers leave the salon feeling happy. In her spare time, she loves days out with her family, long walks and reading.
Ruta
Principal Therapist
Ruta is our expert Principal Therapist, with over 15 years’ experience in beauty. Specialising in advanced aesthetics, Ruta’s passion for beauty started whilst living in Lithuania, and continued by building her experience and gaining further qualifications in London. Ruta has a strong knowledge of the skin, body and mind health. Away from the salon, she loves traveling, hiking and spending time with her family.
