Claire
salon owner
Claire has over 30 years' experience in the hairdressing industry and is a L'Oréal Colour Degree Specialist. Having joined Saks in 2002, she went on to open Saks Hair & Beauty Kings Hill in 2007. Claire has been awarded Employer of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards twice and Franchisee of the Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards three times, earning a place in their Hall of Fame. She has also been both a regional finalist and grand finalist at the prestigious L'Oréal Colour Trophy. Away from the salon, Claire and her husband John run a highly successful dog training business.
Nikala
salon manager
Nik started her Saks journey as Claire's apprentice in 2007. Fascinated by the science of colour, she completed the L'Oréal Colour Diploma with distinction before gaining her A1 qualification in training apprentices – something she's now passionate about as our in-salon assessor. After completing a range of management courses, Nik stepped into her role as Salon Manager, where she keeps the salon running smoothly and ensures every customer enjoys a brilliant Saks experience. Outside of work, you'll usually find her running around after her two young children or on a netball court.
Natasha
salon director and colour specialist
Natasha has been hairdressing for an incredible 37 years. During this time, she’s undergone a huge amount of training in many different aspects of hairdressing and gained amazing experience. She has recently topped this by gaining the prestigious colour specialist qualification from L’Oréal, passing this accolade with a merit. Natasha loves that the course has given her all the knowledge and skills to execute perfect colours. She joined our family in 2017, and soon built a fantastic reputation. Well known for her short, choppy razor cuts, incredible blow-drying skills and creative colours. Work aside, Natasha is also a qualified dog trainer and enjoys walking her dogs daily. She’s also no stranger to the gym.
Michelle
Principal Stylist
Michelle joined us as a senior stylist with an impressive 26 years’ experience. Her favourite service is a cut and blow dry, but she also loves a classic colour. Her favourite thing about being a stylist is getting to meet new people and making everyone feel good. In her spare time, you’ll find Michelle at the gym, walking the dog, travelling the country or watching the children play football. This wonderful lady really has a heart of gold - once a week she works in a care home with residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, tending to their hair to make them smile. Legend!
TASHA
PRINCIPAL STYLIST
Tasha has been part of the Saks family for 14 years, building a loyal clientele thanks to her friendly approach and beautiful hair transformations. With 14 years' experience, she especially loves creating gorgeous hair extensions, helping clients achieve added length, volume and confidence. Her attention to detail and passion for making people feel their best make her a valued member of the Kings Hill team. Tasha is currently enjoying maternity leave, spending precious time with her family before returning to the salon. When she's not behind the chair, she loves nothing more than relaxing with a glass of wine.
Anna
Principal Stylist
Anna started with Saks in 2018 at just 16 years old and soon became a treasured team member with her excellent customer care skills and high standards of working. Anna excels in all aspects of hairdressing and is a firm favourite in the salon, specialising in balayage and colour changes.. Without doubt she’s your go-to stylist for all things hair.
Jodie
Stylist
Jodie has been part of the Saks family for five years. After achieving distinctions in both her Level 2 and Level 3 hairdressing qualifications, she's gone from strength to strength, building a loyal column of happy customers. Friendly, bubbly and passionate about great hair, Jodie loves helping every guest leave the salon feeling their best. Outside of work, she's a social butterfly who enjoys concerts, festivals and spending time with friends.
Jess
Hair Apprentice
Jess started her career at college learning all things business. Soon realising she was seeking a customer facing role, Jess joined us, to follow her passion for all things hair embarking on an apprenticeship. Jess loves to travel and enjoys lots of trips away with her family.
Eila
Hair Apprentice
Eila joined us at just 16 years old. With a natural flair for hairdressing she is storming through her apprenticeship. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family -lining them up to be her models!
Emma
Beauty Director
Emma has been part of the salon since 2014 and brings over 20 years' experience in the beauty industry. A four-time winner of the Saks Beauty Therapist of the Year award, she's passionate about helping every customer look and feel their best. Emma specialises in beautiful lashes, indulgent massages and results-driven facials, although she genuinely loves every aspect of beauty therapy. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and practising yoga.
HOLLY
beauty therapist
Holly joined the team in 2026, bringing a wealth of experience from premium spas and salons in London. With a passion for both beauty and customer care, she specialises in LVL lashes and brows, while also loving facials and massage – choosing a favourite service isn't easy when you love all things beauty. Outside the salon, Holly is kept busy by her two beautiful children. She also enjoys going to the gym and making the most of a great night out with friends.
