When Saks Hair Newark is at the Hub in Darlington, working together, that’s when the *magic* happens. The crème de la crème of hairdressing talent came together for a hair styling shoot that was nothing short of a glam-fest.
When our creative director, Luke Pluckrose, is on the scene, you know it’s going to be a hair-raising event (literally). It was a day of fun, flair, and fabulousness. Emma and Lucy brought their A-game, bringing hair dreams to life.
What was your favourite part of the day Lucy?
“It’s difficult to choose one part! I enjoyed watching the model being photographed and creating different styles. Seeing the outcome of the photos on the laptop was cool.”
Did you create any show-stopping looks?
“Me and Emma worked together to create a look to put forward for L’Oréal Colour Trophy. I love the energy that shoots bring, it makes me feel really creative.”

Any major takeaways from the shoot?
“Colours look so different on photos than they do in real life! Thank you to the whole Saks team, the support they give is amazing.”
