Our amazing creative director and salon manager, Jack has been with Saks since his apprenticeship and has over 15 years’ salon experience. He knows our customers and their ethos well, and is great at recommending new styles that you can trust. Jack specialises in colouring, cutting, Nano Keratin and gents styling.
FRANCESCA
principal stylist
A superb part-time principal stylist with over 17 years’ experience, Fran is an integral and long standing member of our team. We wouldn’t be without her. She specialises in graduated bobs and beautiful ashy highlights. A gorgeous, stylish look.
FIONA

Our incredibly experienced part-time principal stylist. There’s nothing this girl can’t do! Fi has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and nothing is ever unachievable. She loves a colour change and is great at giving advice if you fancy something new.
APRIL
SENIOR stylist
Having been with Saks for 6 years, April completed her hair apprenticeship with us and has become a very wonderful and extremely capable senior stylist. April specialises in balayage and easilocks hair extensions.
SOPHIE
HAIR APPRENTICE
Our wonderful salon hair apprentice, now completing her level 3 NVQ. Sophie loves to work with customers on the salon floor for the services she’s completed, and is already a well accomplished, professional hairdresser. We can’t wait to see her flourish into a graduate stylist soon.
GEMMA
principal beauty therapist and beauty manager
Our principal therapist and beauty manager, Gemma has been with us for nearly 10 years, and has over 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry. There’s nothing this girl can’t do. Gemma specialises in Caci and laser hair removal.
LUCY
senior beauty therapist
A very experienced and much adored part-time senior beauty therapist, Lucy has been with us for over 8 years and is a lovely bubbly member of our team. She specialises in Elemis body massage and facial treatments.
AISLING
senior beauty therapist
Our very dedicated, capable and lovely senior therapist, Aisling has been with us since she left college a few years ago, and is a fully trained level 3 Elemis therapist, and our lash lift queen. She also specialises in Caci and Elemis Biotec facials.
MOLLY
beauty therapist AND FRONT OF HOUSE
The latest member to join our team, Molly splits her time between beauty therapy and front of house, where many of you will see her. She’s a very warm and bubbly member of our team who creates beautiful shellac nails, and loves to provide excellent care for all of our customers.

FRONT OF HOUSE
A very integral part-time member of our team, Sue has 10 years’ experience in our industry and spends her time in front of house, but also has a great knowledge of Elemis so can answer any questions you may have with regards to treatments and retail products.
