JOHN GODDARD
SALON OWNER & DIRECTOR
Saks born and bred. John joined us when he was 16 and worked his way up to salon owner in 2005, when he opened the doors of Saks in Skipton. With over 20 years of experience and colour expert qualifications, his customers always put their trust in him, and leave the salon with a beaming smile. John loves the creative aspect of hairdressing and knowing he can change someone’s life by creating a great style! In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit by cycling and running. John also enjoys catching up with friends around a bottle of wine and spending time with his wife.
JODIE
PRINCIPAL STYLIST & HAIR EXTENSIONS SPECIALIST
Jodie loves discussing and creating hair styles for her customers that they can achieve at home, whilst feeling fabulous leaving the salon. She also enjoys building a relationship with her customers, so she’s better able to understand and reach their desired look. Jodie excels in colouring and has attended many Saks colouring courses plus the L’Oreal colour expert, but she does think cutting goes hand in hand with colouring, so she enjoys both. Jodie loves the outdoors and has a little boy, so they go exploring on her days off. She’s very family oriented so having everyone round for a Sunday lunch is her favourite thing.
CLAIRE
PRINCIPAL STYLIST AND COLOUR SPECIALIST
Claire has over 20 years’ hairdressing experience and is a L'Oreal Colour Specialist. Claire loves corrective colour work and being creative with different techniques and tones. And in her spare time… she loves being outdoors, running, and spending time with her three children.
MEGAN
PRINCIPAL STYLIST
Megan prides herself on taking time to listen to her customers’ needs. She is highly attentive, with great attention to detail. Megan particularly enjoys classic styling and modern colouring techniques, such as balayage and crazy colours. In her spare time Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her sausage dog for long walks, and becoming the next Mary Berry.
GABBY
PRINCIPAL STYLIST
Gabby’s been at Saks for several years and enjoys creative colouring and loves to make a difference through a colour/cutting service. She loves eating out, socialising with friends and walking her dog, Harper.
MOLLIE
HAIR EXTENSIONS SPECIALIST
Mollie has been a pro Saks stylist for several years. A huge fan of stunning hair extensions, Mollie loves to give her customers that extra boost of confidence with every transformation she does. Outside of work, she loves walking her dogs and travelling far and wide.
SKY
GRADUATE STYLIST
Sky has been with us from the start of her hairdressing career. She particularly enjoys creative cutting and up-dos for special occasions. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, eating out and long countryside walks.
