Top Training for Sedbury Hall Team
If there’s one thing our hairdressers at Saks Sedbury Hall love to do, it’s continuing to learn top styling and colouring techniques to wow our customers. And that’s exactly what we’ve just done, recently welcoming Saks Artist, Sarah Clark-Lees into our hair salon to carry out an expert training session for our team.
Sarah’s an integral part of the Saks hair brand. A Colour Specialist who’s reached the L’Oreal Colour Trophy regionals twice so far. And working her magic at gigs include LFW, countless shoots and regularly working on new colour launches.
Our day with Sarah started with consultation training in the morning, followed by freehand colour training in the afternoon to create ribbons of colour through the hair, and we’re loving demonstrating our latest colour skills to our customers.
All the team attended the course, and because it was such a fantastic day, we’ve got another two sessions scheduled this year. It was great to have time out to train after being so busy in the salon after returning from lockdown. It’s so important to continually update our skills and learn new techniques, and we’re right back on track planning training sessions in and get back to normal.
Our salon owner, Anna says “These training sessions are invaluable and are part of what sets us apart from other salons. It’s so important to constantly update our skills. Every team member from the youngest apprentice to the most experienced stylist take part and everyone comes away having learnt something new.
