Swish New Salon – fab New Location
It’s all about location, location, location for us, as we open our swish new salon at 9 Cattle Market in town. We’ve been planning the move for months, and luckily for our customers we’re only 200m up the street.
Andrea, our salon owner, took over the original salon 20 years ago, and as we have many loyal customers – we thought it was time for a new window to look out of!
Shannon says “Our fantastic builder Ken and his team turned the space around in just 3 weeks. They did everything from flooring, plumbing, tiling and much more. And it was a real team effort to move everything in one weekend.”
“I’d like to give a special shout out to wonderful husbands and boyfriends who we couldn’t have done it without.”
Shannon continues: “The new look is FAB. Think gold, think pink, think glam. We’ve created a cosy hair spa area with golden tiles and a beautiful chandelier setting the ‘chill out’ vibe. And our open hair dispensary gives customers a sneak-peek behind the scenes, which we all love. They can see us choosing and mixing up their colours and treatments, which is a twist on the norm.”
“My favourite part of the new salon is the gold Saks sign. The dusty pink background sets it off beautifully. We also love our new Bean To Cup coffee machine, and we can now offers delicious Americanos, cappuccinos, hot chocolates and more”.
But most importantly, what do our lovely customers think of our new salon?
“So far our customers are in awe!! They love the look and feel of the salon. We’ve already noticed customers chatting between themselves, adding to the buzz of the place. They also love the design and being in a new environment.” Say Shannon.
