We love this bit… Announcing the faces chosen to represent Saks UK as part of our Saks A-Team is always our pleasure! Our annual training programme gives Saks stylists from across the country the chance to bag the opportunity to spend time away from their salons being mentored by Saks Art Team exploring avant-garde hair.

Congratulations to Saks A-Team 2017…

Luke says: “Saks A-Team is special – it’s such an exciting process for our stylists. For me it’s about putting shouts out, seeing them present their ideas and then getting to work closely with those who make it onto the team – a fantastic part of my job.

Luke continues: “Two previous A Teamers are now fully fledged members of Saks Art Team. Sarah Clarke-Lees and Shaun Stringfellow deliver advanced hair training and represent Saks at shoots and shows. Sarah’s also been selected by L’Oréal Professionnel with five other leading female colourists to put on a Colorful Hair show at this year’s Colour Trophy – the sky’s the limit!”

A-Teamers also get to assist Saks Art Team session styling backstage at events and prestigious shows. In recent years team members have contributed at the BRITs, MOBOs, London and Paris Fashion Weeks, Chelsea Flower Show and more, as well as organising photo-shoots and runway shows at annual Saks Awards events.
