TWO Saks Awards for Exeter salon
We work hard for our accolades at our Exeter salon. If you’ve been in you’ll know Ellie, Tom and our team are all SUPER-proud of our awards display… and this year’s putting the icing on the cake as we won twice in the Saks Awards 2021!
HAIR SALON OF THE YEAR
This one’s a dream as there are loads of brilliant Saks salons out there! So we’re thrilled to win – especially after such a hard year for everyone, and a difficult year for salon owners too.
Tom says: “It’s about time! We were totally gobsmacked to finally bag this award. We know that our amazing team are at the top of their game and this is so deserved, but WOW, we didn’t expect it. A huge thanks to our wonderful and loyal customers and our totally fab team who consistently deliver, day after day. So much love in Exeter right now.”
STYLIST ACHIEVEMENT
Equally brilliant… Stylist Achievement Award goes to our salon director, Laura! Ellie says: “Laura’s a wonderful stylist and colourist. She is incredibly talented and is always ready to help anyone in our team! SO deserving of the win as she has lead by example at our hair salon in Exeter for nearly ten years.”

Tell us something that we won’t know…I have a tortoise called Terri!
Who is your hair icon and why? JLo is amazing. Hair, beauty – she has it all, and on fire at 52.
Half an hour of me-time… what do you do? Out on the road bike.
Night in or night out? Night in at our home bar “The Moody Cow”, so it’s kinda of out but in.
A guilty pleasure is… A big bag of barbeque crisps. All for me.
And a good read? Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins. (It’s a yes from us, Laura)
#ILOVESAKS because… I love the training we receive especially from creative director Luke Pluckrose – his work is incredible, and effortless.
