MAX YOUR WAX
Debbie: “Waxing is the fast, hassle-free route to smoothness on legs, underarms and bikinis. Because wax removes hair from the root, it can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks for re-growth. Perfect to take you right through your time away.
“Always check your salon uses hygienic, spatula-free solutions such as disposable wax tubes and disposable applicator heads to eliminate cross-contamination and double-dipping.
“Book in a few days before your holiday, making sure you’ve got growth of 4-6mm to allow for a better hold on the hair and pull it directly from the root, preventing it from breaking. Exfoliate and moisturise beforehand to allow for a high-quality wax. Avoid the temptation to wax too regularly though. Be patient – we suggest every 4-5 weeks.”
FOR FAKE TAN FANS
Self-tanning has made big comeback post-lockdown. And a hand-applied or pro spray with exfoliation and a natural, olive glow can be a perfect way to step on the plane good to go.
