Saks Stylists at the 2024 Shows
A moment please for Saks stylists who rocked the runways at London and Graduate Fashion Week Shows in 2024. BEYOND proud of Our Faces for stepping forward, packing kit, landing in London and contributing *big style* backstage assisting Saks Artist Clare Murphy and as L’Oréal Professionnel Portfolio team members.
Being part of high-profile fashion shows is always The Real Deal. It’s a testament to the skill of our stylists who’re up for pushing boundaries creatively and learning learning learning. Interpreting a show hair brief – listening – and realising the lead stylists’ vision is quite the thing. Bravo and brava for helping to create runway-ready looks throughout the seasons of ’24.
WESTMINSTER: ROCK AND ROLL
Led by Clare Murphy our Saks team got involved with creating a whole load of wild, edgy styles inspired by mood boards channelling rock ’n’ roll vibes. Big applause to:

As a Saks Artist, Clare works closely with our creative director Luke Pluckrose setting the standards for hairdressing in our network and creating our brand campaigns. Also a sought-after session stylist, Clare’s amazing creativity is showcased on intricate hair looks and wigwork for major film and TV productions, such as The Witcher, Blitz and Wicked.
Clare says “I love that we all get to work together on these shows. It’s good to step out of our comfort zone and push our skillset to the next level, in a different way. And I think we all learn something new every time. Could be a new technique or dressing hair differently, usually at a very fast pace. It’s great to continually develop our craft on different platforms”.

NEUTHREAD’S LFW DEBUT
Neuthread was founded by the charity Daisy Chain. The initiative reuses existing fibres and textiles destined for landfill, providing unique, high fashion items at a time where it is estimated that 64 per cent of the 32 billion garments produced for the fashion industry go to waste each year.
We love their vibe, and it was an absolute pleasure to be asked to field a hair team for their London Fashion Week debut in Soho, February 2024.
