Happy days… our Saks Leeds City salon is open! Lockdowns didn’t stop Natalie Jenkins and our superfly Saks HQ team bringing Saks hair and beauty to 109 Vicar Lane. We’re chuffed to bits to welcome Natalie and the team to the Saks family.
Previously Natalie owned Millie’s Beauty at the same spot. Howevs, times change. Natalie decided she wanted a whole new vibe, chose to change her salon to Saks and now also has a brand-spanking-new Saks hair salon on the ground floor!

Besotted with beauty for 13 years – love how the industry is always evolving and I want to evolve with it. From one treatment room above Millie’s Fine Foods to Millie’s Beauty…. to Saks!

I really wanted to offer hair services for years but it’s a huge step and you’ve got to get it right. Lockdowns gave me time to rethink what I wanted to provide to my customers. I decided to go for it and reached out to Saks.

A top beauty tip…
Forget shaving and start waxing – it slows the hair growth down over the years and makes the hairs grow back slower and finer. Oh, and for a bit of glam choose LVL Lashes for less or no mascara. Perfect for holidays – and we’re all looking forward to more of them!

100%. Too many women are too embarrassed to talk about gynaecological issues and changes they may experience and then ignore the signs. We need to increase the awareness. We offer a discount on all bikini waxes for ladies who are invited for their smear test by their doctors. Not that we believe women should remove hair to do this but if this gives them more confidence to go to that appointment, just one way of helping.
Why did you choose to convert your salon to Saks?
Saks is all about customers and so am I – all the values that I love – a perfect match. And the education is fantastic! In the run up to opening the HQ team was right on it with support and helping me achieve my dream – they know their stuff. I SO made the right decision and I know that the level of support continues throughout my journey.

Leeds has great transport links so not only can we attract clients who live or work in the city centre we also have customers travelling in from Bradford, Wakefield and Harrogate.
