Outlined here are just some of the measures that are a given.
OUR PROMISES TO YOU…
SUPER-CAREFUL. We’ll continue to follow latest official advice on everything from hygiene and social distancing to self-isolation to avoid catching or spreading the virus.
EXTRA COVER. You’ll find us wearing face masks and visors or goggles, we’ve installed safety screens where needed and we’re making sure there’s extra ventilation where possible.
SQUEAKY CLEAN. You’ll also find us adhering to strict hygiene protocols too with well-stocked hygiene stations in all the right places. All of our kit and touch points will be freshly sterilised just for you, and we’ll also be deep cleaning regularly.
YOURS TRULY. Your gown and towels will be disposable or freshly laundered and pristine – for your use only.
TAKE IT AS READ. Things like product testers and leaflets are a thing of the past (for now anyway). Glossies too, so bring your own reading material if you want to kickback. But you know what, let’s just make it a really good catch up instead! Regarding refreshments, they’ll be served in disposables.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US…
SAVVY BOOKINGS. Come in by appointment-only – where possible book online, via our website or LOVE SAKS app or simply give us a buzz.
PAY BY CARD. Pre-pay when booking or by card at your appointment.
RIGHT ON TIME. Time and space are precious so please arrive on the dot, come alone and travel as light as you can. Please wait at reception; one of our team will greet you there.
COVER UP. Wear a face mask or covering that fits around your ears, make good use of our hand washing facilities (particularly when entering and leaving the salon) and respect social distancing where possible.
DO YOUR BIT. And please call to cancel if you, your family or anyone you’ve been in close contact with develops any symptoms.
