Oh party-season we love you so. To celebrate The Thrill Of The Prep we asked our glam-loving experts to share beauty trends and tips to max your vibe for your occasions and your every day.

NAIL TALK

WAXING

Chelsea says: “Always exfoliate prior to your appointments and try not to moisturise for at least two days after. This give you a longer lasting tan and you don’t need to worry about your skin drying out as sunless tans generally have moisturising Shea butter in.”

KISS AND MAKEUP

Sue says: “We tend to put the spotlight on makeup if we’re out and about more so let me ask you this. When was the last time you checked your products and cleaned your makeup bag and brushes? Now’s the time to check for expiry dates and to get rid of products that you know you’ll never use. Use a gentle cleanser to clean your bag and your brushes – essential to eradicate bacteria which may cause skin irritation.”

Sue says: “Extra stamina’s sometimes needed at this time of year so make time for you. Check in on your sleep pattern as lack of it can affect our vibe and also impact on the appearance of the skin. Think about ways to wind-down at the end of the day. lavender essential oils in a diffuser or a pillow spray works for me.”
