Jingle bells all the way
WE LOVE CHRISTMAS at our Saks hair salon in Knutsford! Who doesn’t right? So what could be better than getting dressed up as the cutest Saks elves that could be, and help out the big man himself – yes Santa Claus!
So we left the warmth of the hair salon, got our jingle bells and top knotch cheer out, and trotted off to Santa’s Grotto to provide a smiling Saks welcome to hundreds of happy children, all eager to have 5 minutes with Santa (and his extra-special elves of course).
IT’S FREEZING, BUT IT’S WORTH IT
Despite the fact it was freezing cold, we braved the battering weather and best of all, helped raise much needed money for the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust. Based at the beautiful Booth Bank Farm, in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. Children’s Adventure Farm Trust provide a variety of free programmes for terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children from all over the North West.
Salon owner and top elf herself, Paula, said “Even though it was freezing cold, we were thrilled to help out! We love getting into the spirit of things at the salon, so we thought, why not spread some Saks cheer with the children of Knutsford too.”
It looks like our good old elves have made it into the press too, so if you live locally, look out for the girls in the Knutsford Guardian too.
