February Round-Up
Shortest month? Maybe. But at Saks Knutsford, February was full of celebrations, milestones, calm moments and plenty of reasons to smile. Here’s a little behind-the-scenes peek at what the team has been up to.
PAULA – BACK ON HER FEET
February began with a big moment for Paula as she finally had surgery to resolve her ongoing ankle pain. And in true Paula style, she smashed her recovery, back on her feet and feeling fabulous in just three weeks. She also celebrated her husband’s birthday with a twilight spa and a meal out. A perfect excuse for some well-deserved downtime.
EMMA – BIRTHDAYS & BOTTOMLESS BRUNCHES
February was one long celebration for Emma.
First up was her sister’s birthday, complete with bottomless brunch at Dirty Martini, followed by the brilliant chaos of Bongo’s Bingo in Manchester. Then, almost straight after, another birthday and yes, another twilight spa evening. We’re sensing a theme.
ROULA – OUR ADVENTURE LOVER
Roula hasn’t let the winter chill slow her down. She’s been out on the bike with her fiancé whenever the weather allows, making the most of those crisp, fresh-air days.
When they’re not adventuring, it’s relaxed evenings in Manchester with good food, great company and nachos, of course.
AMELIA – SWEET SIXTEENS & STEP GOALS
It was a month of family celebrations for Amelia as her little sister turned sixteen. When she wasn’t marking the occasion, she was hitting her fitness goals, including a brilliant 12k walk around Tatton Park with her dogs. Commitment levels: strong.
LILY – BUSY MUM LIFE
Life is full and joyful for Lily and baby Blair. Their days are packed with baby sensory, baby massage and lunch dates at Smoke Knutsford. She’s also set herself a challenge of 100,000 steps a month, which is seriously impressive with a little one in tow.
TEAM TIME
We even squeezed in a team treat this month. One Saturday, we wrapped up a little early and swapped the salon floor for a late bottomless brunch at April’s Kitchen. Great food, lots of laughs and a couple of cheeky cocktails. Because a happy team really does make a happy salon.
