What makes our Saks Nottingham salon salon special? WE DO! We’re friendly and professional and we love providing the best of hair and beauty at our salon in the David Lloyd Club on Rugby Road, West Bridgford. As part of Saks we’re trained by the best in the business, so we really are experts in everything we do. Our first passion is always to look after our customers and as part of the Saks brand we also get to participate in big events such as The Clothes Show, BRIT Awards, photoshoots and more.

SALON OWNER AND ADVANCED THERAPIST
Owner of multi-award winning Saks West Bridgford. Worked as a Saks Business Mentor and a Member of the Saks Beauty Squad. In the salon, Michelle covers all things in the advanced world of beauty including 3D Lipo, ILP, skin peels and advanced cosmetic procedures.
CHAY
DIRECTOR AND TEAM LEADER
Chay is a talented and creative all-round stylist with numerous awards to her name. Specialising in transform unruly curls into stunning masterpieces, Chay understands the hair’s unique needs and challenges, whether it's enhancing natural curls or creating a trendy style, Chay's skill and knowledge are second to none. She’s also your go-to stylist for gents’ cuts - whether it's a classic cut or a modern edgy style. She has a passion for short hair and loves experimenting with different styles and techniques. Away from the salon, Chay regularly styles for designer Harris Reed, creating stunning runway styles, and works with London Fashion Week as much as possible, because creativity and fashion is her absolute passion.
SOPHIE
DIRECTOR AND TEAM LEADER
Sophie can work magic with your locks with years of experience and a passion for all things hair, she’s your go-to for stunning cut and colour services. With her infectious energy, contagious laugh and bubbly personality, she knows how to make every visit a memorable one. Specialising in Balayage, Sophie will leave you feeling like a whole new you. Having been a member of the Saks A Team 2022 and a semi-finals at the L'Oréal Colour Trophy 2022, she's talented, creative, and dedicate to making you look and feel your best.
TORI
PRINCIPAL STYLIST
A professional at everything she does, Tori’s passionate about creative colour, and experimenting with different shades - particularly with blonde hair. Whether you want natural sun-kissed locks, a bold platinum or Balayage, she uses only the very best L’Oréal and Kérastase products to keep your hair in optimum condition. Carrying out a thorough consultation with all her customers to understand their unique needs and achieve perfect results is what she does best.
CARLI
DIRECTOR, ADVANCED BEAUTY THERAPIST AND TEAM LEADER
Carli is our resident perfectionist who leads our team of beauty professionals. With her expertise in all areas of our beauty menu, she specialises in skin treatments, facials, and massages, including our specialist massages for mothers-to-be. She understands your unique needs when it comes to acne, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles and achieving a healthy glow. Using a variety of techniques, Carli will cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish your skin, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Shevana specialises in waxing, with her gentle touch and attention to detail, she’ll leave your skin silky smooth and ready for any occasion.
