Bearfaced for Children In Need
At Saks HQ we LOVE our make-up but we couldn’t resist the opportunity to let our skin breathe for the day whilst raising money for a fabulous charity in the process!
GO BEARFACED, THEY SAID
BBC Children In Need called on women all over the UK to give up their make-up and go ‘Bearfaced’ for the day on Friday November 8th.
IN THE BEST COMPANY
Actresses Michelle Dockery and Jodie Whittaker, Newsreader Fiona Bruce, Radio DJ Vanessa Feltz, singer Rachel Stevens and Olympian Denise Lewis, all came together to support BearFaced. And they shared their pictures via Twitter/Facebook and the Children in Need website to prove it, too.
In preparation, we were avidly following the advice of our resident Beauty Expert Kirsty Jewson. Drinking plenty of water and eating healthily beforehand ensured we were ready and raring to go make-up free.
What better way to show off your healthy skin and give it a break for a day!
