Saks Beauty Expert wows the crowd
Our Beauty Expert, Kirsty Jewson, jumped at the chance when she was invited to speak at the prestigious Beauty Trends & Innovations ‘From Insight to Engagement’ Conference in London recently.
Kirsty’s angle was all about building loyalty from happy, happy customers. At Saks we’re passionate about understanding what our lovely customers want… and we decide what we do based on what they tell us, so Kirsty had plenty to talk about!
Armed with an informative and engaging presentation, and after much practicing on Saks people at Saks UK, Kirsty wowed her watchers and thoroughly enjoyed talking to a packed room. And there were lots of Qs in the Q&A session that followed… always a sign of success!
With congratulatory tweets from bloggers and industry professionals coming in thick and fast afterwards Kirsty was told that she’d touched a chord with her understanding of the importance of customer loyalty.
