Beauty ­ NVQ Level 2 and Level 3

From facial skin glowing with health to bodies professionally bronzed; eye-opening lashes and brows to fingertip-tastic nails, you'll learn how to do the lot on these courses. Level 2 takes you through the beauty basics, whilst Level 3 moves you into massage and even business-savvy skills.

Level 2

Train full-time with the Fast Track Beauty NVQ Level 2 Course for Beginners and you can qualify as a beauty therapist in just 10 weeks. If you’re not quite ready to give up the day job, you can enrol on our weekly evening class and qualify in just 26 weeks. Designed for complete beginners, the course covers all aspects of beauty therapy and is the fast track route to obtaining the nationally recognised NVQ Level 2 in beauty therapy. Successful students also receive the industry renowned Saks Diploma.

The NVQ course includes:

Facial treatments, covering all aspects of skin analysis and face, neck and shoulder massage.
Nail treatments for the feet and hands.
Hair removal using waxing techniques.
Eye treatments, including eyebrow and eyelash tinting and eye lash extensions.
Customer care, health and safety and reception duties.
Provide Make up services.

The course modules are taught by dedicated NVQ educators and include theory work, written tests, project work, demonstrations and workshops. You receive personal guidance and monitoring throughout the course to ensure you are achieving the learning goals required.

Level 3

Massage techniques and holistic therapies. Train full-time and you could qualify as an NVQ Level 3 beauty therapist in just 10 weeks. Or simply enrol on our weekly evening class and qualify in just 20 weeks.

The NVQ course includes:

Head, scalp and body massage, including infra red heat treatment, audio sonic and gyratory vibration equipment to target specific problems.
Indian Head Massage, including Chakra Healing and Marma Point Therapy.
Full body lymph drainage massage and the use of pre-blended oils.
Tanning treatments Manual & Spray application.
Improve the financial effectiveness of the business, including stock systems, target setting and achievable ideas.
Thermal Stone therapy.

Successful students also receive the industry renowned Saks Diploma.
