The blades are made from premium Japanese steel and are convex for razor-sharp cutting and hollow ground and triple honed, for a super smooth running feel. This coupled with incredible sharpness gives superb versatility – perfect for all cutting techniques from deep point cutting to back cutting, sliding and carving.
The handle’s extra long crane shape creates the perfect offset handle and has a built in finger rest for ultimate comfort when cutting and a solid bumper that won’t wear out.
For perfect tension on the blade, the stylish ‘S’ nut system clicks at 0.6mm each turn, giving total control.
