Fast Track Hairdressing NVQ Level 2 For Beginners
The Fast-Track Hairdressing NVQ Level 2 Course for Beginners covers everything you need to take you to hairdressing success. It is the fast track route to obtaining the national recognised NVQ Level 2 and renowned Saks Academies Diploma.
The NVQ course content includes:
- Cutting techniques
- Colour
- How to shampoo and condition the hair and scalp
- Consultation skills
- Style, dress and finishing techniques
- Reception duties, customer care and health and safety
The course modules are taught by dedicated NVQ educators and include theory work, special projects, demonstrations and hands-on workshops. You receive personal guidance and monitoring throughout the course to ensure you are achieving the learning goals required. And, you are provided with all the necessary equipment for the course, including an award winning range of Saksessories styling tools and workbooks. There is also an interactive website to help with your studies.
Students must reach the minimum standards required to qualify. On successful completion of the course, you will obtain NVQ Level 2 in hairdressing and the Saks Academies Diploma.
Places are limited and entrance is by interview only. A basic understanding of English is required.
Previous hairdressing experience is not required.
One Saturday per week over 38 weeks (home study is required)
