Kirsty's top tips for keeping your skin looking and feeling great throughout the winter months:

1. Don't shelve your SPF lotions.
Even though the nights are drawing in, don't be disillusioned that you can stop using your SPF - it's something you should use all year round, UV rays are one of the prime contributors to premature ageing so always protect your skin.

2. Stop Skin from Drying Out
Skin typically starts to get dryer thanks to harsh weather conditions and central heating, keep your skin looking healthy by exfoliating on a weekly basis to reveal a younger, fresher looking skin and increase the amount of essential fatty acids (oily fish) in your diet which will benefit the skin by keeping it functioning as it should. If you don't like fish then essential fatty acids can be found in Good Oil and flax seed (available at most good supermarkets) which both offer essential nutritional benefits to the skin ... remember we are what we eat so diet will pay a major part in healthy looking skin.

3. Sunless Tans to the lift the spirits and moisturise the skin
