Kirsty Jewson, Head of Beauty at Saks, spills the natural beauty beans on achieving healthy, radiant skin. “I’m afraid we can’t guarantee you’ll end up being mistaken for a celeb but if you include these tips into your daily routine, you’ll certainly notice the difference to your skin in no time!

“Great looking skin is a reflection of your inner health and being.  To achieve skin worthy of an A-lister good nutrition is essential.  Eat foods high in essential fatty acids (found in oily fish, avocado, nuts etc) and rich in anti-oxidants (drink green tea and think fruit and veg, particularly berries, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach and carrots).  Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, take time out to relax and get plenty of sleep!”  So there you go girls, with a little “me” time you too can achieve a super-special A-lister sparkle!
