Saks International Creative Director and Former British Hairdresser of the Year

Andrew Barton is International Creative Director for Saks, the UK’s leading hair and beauty franchise salon group with an award-winning network of salons and training academies.

Many recognise Andrew as the celebrity hair stylist on hit Channel 4 make-over show 10 Years Younger. He frequently appears on other TV shows including GMTV, LK Today and Ready Steady Cook and is fast becoming a household name. He’s currently filming the 5th series of 10 Years Younger, with many other exciting television prospects in the pipeline.

As former British Hairdresser of the Year, Andrew is respected as a voice of authority on all things hair and is the face of the award-winning Saks MicroIonics hair straighteners. He regularly works on consumer magazine shoots, and has regular columns and advice pages in major national and regional titles.

As head of the world-renowned Saks Art Team, Andrew is responsible for creating images, seasonal collections and the company’s signature hairdressing techniques. He regularly travels the world sharing Saks’ philosophies with international hairdressing audiences.

Andrew also visits colleges and salons throughout the UK to pass on his expertise. Training and education has been in his blood since the early days of his career - whether it’s to an audience of 3,000 or 6, he’s never happier than when he’s teaching.

When he’s not on a shoot, filming or training, Andrew continues to provide exceptional service and makeover magic to his clients at the Saks salon in London, St Pauls.
